A development plan is a summary of an associate’s case and a record of his or her progress. It shows goals, milestones, and action steps. Go over the development plan with associates often, especially during quarterly development meetings.
Note that you can see the number of pages in the development plan and navigate through the pages using the arrows next to the page numbers.
The information on the development plan is organized similarly to the Case screen in DECM. The development plan is populated with goals, milestones, action steps, and other information the development counselor and job coach trainer have inserted into the case. Clinical milestones and other sensitive information are not included in the development plan.
