Edit an AWARE Form

Editing an AWARE form includes correcting current scores and completing an AWARE form (scoring each behavior in each competency). You may only edit incomplete AWARE forms.

To edit an AWARE form:

  1. 1 Go to the AWARE table in the Milestones and Action Steps section of the case.
  2. 2 Find the AWARE form you wish to edit and click on its name. Note that in this case, the selected AWARE form does not have an overall score. This means that it has not been filled in completely.
  3. 3 Click on the field below each behavior to rate it.
  4. 4 Click on the save icon (bottom right of the screen) to save changes. Once all fields have been completed and saved, the AWARE behaviors become locked and cannot be changed. Note that changes on this page will be saved automatically every 30 seconds.
  5. 5 Go back to the Case screen by doing one of the following:
    • a. Click on the back icon (top left of your screen).
    • b. Click on the associate’s name under Case (by the hamburger menu).
  6. 6 Go back to the AWARE table (under Milestones and Action Steps).
  7. 7 Check that the AWARE form now shows an overall score.

Complete the tasks listed below in the training system. When you finish, return to this training page and move to the next task.

  • Add a new AWARE form.
  • Rate a few behaviors in the AWARE form, then save and close the form.
  • Go back to the AWARE table and notice that the form you just created is missing an overall score.
  • Open the AWARE form you just created, and rate all missing behaviors.
  • Save your work and go back to the AWARE table to see the overall score of the form you just completed.
