Go to Support Team

The Support Team section allows you to view, add, and edit information regarding those in the Deseret Employment staff who support an associate and to add and edit information about an associate’s mentors.

To go to an associate’s support team:

  1. 1 Do one of the following on the Case page:
    • a. Scroll down and click on the Support Team section heading to expand it.
    • b. Click on the Support Team section in the hamburger menu.
  2. 2 If needed, scroll down the Case screen to view the section’s information.
  3. 3 View staff information:
    • a. Look for the Staff heading.
    • b. View the fields, and note that most are locked (view-only fields); however, all staff can fill in the Job Coach Trainer field.
  4. 4 View mentor information:
    • a. Look for the Mentors heading to the right of or below the Staff section.
    • b. View the fields.
