Mark a Meeting Complete

When a meeting is finished, mark the meeting complete by doing the following:

  1. 1 Go to the Meetings table in the Meetings and Case Notes section.
  2. 2 Double-click the blank area to the left of the meeting to select it.
  3. 3 Click the Mentor Present field, and select Yes or No.
  4. 4 At the top, click Save.
  5. 5 Click Mark Complete at the top of the screen.

Complete the task listed below in the training system. When you finish, return to this training page and move to the next task.

  • Go to the Meetings and Case Notes section of an associate's case.
  • View one of the meetings.
  • In the Mentor Present field, select either Yes or No.
  • Save the change.
  • Click Mark Complete.
