Go to Meetings and Case Notes

In the Meetings and Case Notes section, you can create, view, and edit information related to meetings and case notes. When a referral is enrolled in DECM, the initial weekly and quarterly development discussions are automatically scheduled. You can reschedule or edit the details of these initial meetings as well as schedule other meetings. Case notes can be created and saved with the case. You can create two types of case notes:

  • Clinical case notes, which are viewable only by development counselors.
  • Training case notes, which are viewable by everyone with access to the case.

Another section of this training will address sticky notes, which are notes that are available while the case is active and which do not need to be approved.

In addition to creating case notes, you will also approve training case notes added by job coach trainers.
