There are important icons that appear throughout an associate’s case. Pay attention to and recall the meaning of these icons as you view and edit information in DECM.
Lock:A lock indicates that you cannot edit this information. The information you can edit is based on your role. Typically these fields will be filled on a different screen and will be populated in the section of the case that you are viewing. |

Red asterisk:A red asterisk indicates required information. |

Blue plus sign:A blue plus sign indicates that the field needs to be filled in order to advance the case. |

Key icon:A key indicates that only individuals with a certain role can add that information. |
|
Blue save icon:Whenever you make a change to a case, click on the blue save icon at the bottom right of the screen to save that change. |
